DC Tech provided phone numbers have access to may features.
- E911 Location Services: Registration of a physical address for emergency service location.
- Enhanced CID: Delivery of Caller ID with name for inbound calls
- CNAM Storage: Storage of customers name in national database to be use for outbound calls.
- Directory Listing: Listing with 411 directory services.
Notice: Due to recent changes implemented by the underlying carriers, directory listing services on Toll Free numbers are no longer available.
Please note that directory listings for Toll Free numbers are not provided by the standard 411 service.
It is an AT&T provided service available when calling 1-800-555-1212 and will be permanently shutdown on or after 06/01/2020.
Further, the underlying DID carriers do not allow for submitting Toll Free numbers to the standard 411 service database.
As an alternative, you may try listing the number yourself on the free online resource listyourself.net.
However, there is no guarantee that the 8XX number will be accepted and listed.

1. Open the VoIP Portal (https://dctechit.com/portal)
2. Login
3. Click on Numbers Tab (Contact DC Tech if you do not see the tab)
4. Click settings beside any number
