Application Quick Reference Guide

1. Go to the app store and search for POC Global
2. Open the application
3. Enter the account number and password given by the DC Tech
4. Once Logged in, Click settings
5. Click change password (Note: Password can only be 8 alphanumeric characters long.)

This is the main screen you will always see when your application opens. Here you can choose from the

many voice chat groups available. If you have paid for personal private channel programming those

groups will appear on the public social channels. By default, you are entered into social CH1 or your

private CH group when opening the application. Just click on a different channel and you will enter the

new group and a prompt will let you know you’re on the new channel.

Once you’re on your desired group channel you will see a list of members.

Blue members are currently active in the group chat

Orange Members are active in our groups

Grey Members are currently offline from the group network

Let the conversations begin. Introduce yourself by pressing and holding down the blue PTT button found

at the center bottom of the application, once you press the button wait 3 seconds before speaking and

then you have up to 60 seconds (some channels 30 seconds) to voice your conversation.

After you are done speaking release the PTT button and listen to the conversation, when it is your turn to

speak press and hold the PTT button and speak. It is that simple.

Key takeaway: If someone else is speaking you will not be able to talk over them, they must finish their

transmission before you can speak, crowded channels may be harder to speak in so you may consider

trying a different channel.

Example of someone else speaking:

1. Volume Adjustment: The volume of the application can be adjusted either by your volume

buttons on your iPhone or on your screen.

Voice Broadcast: If authorized is used for channel hosts presenting a live show that requires

continuous transmission. To register as a show host contact us

1. Start speak prompt: This feature enables a beep before you start talking.

2. Network speed: This shows how much data is being used by your phone.

3. Switch account: If you have more than one talk2me social account, you can switch between

accounts.

4. Exit: You can log out of the application.
