How to enable Day Mode Routing

The Day Mode feature allows a User on the PBX to toggle day/night call routing, for one or multiple phone numbers, by dialing a star code.
Some things to know.
- Dialing *329 (*day) will toggle the feature on or off.
- The feature requires creating a case sensitive "Day" time frame.
- It will enable and disable the "Day" Answering Rule for the hidden "001 Inbound Route" User.
How to set it up.
1. First create a "Day" time frame. This is case sensitive. Set When to Always.






7. Configure your phone number(s) to route to the 001 Inbound Route User.

How to use Day Mode routing.
1. Dial *329 from any phone in the PBX. The system prompt will let you know if is enabled or disabled.
2. When enabled calls will route per the Day answering rule settings.
3. When disabled, the day rule will be ignore and calls will route per the Night answering rule settings.

Advanced Day-Mode
Advanced Day Mode is designed for Customer's that are either Multi-Entity or Multi-Location under a single PBX Domain.
This allows either Entity or Location to control their own Call Routing as needed.
To use the Advanced method, the Time-Frame and Star code will change format
Time-Frames will be configured as 'Day #' which corresponds with its Mode User.
Star code has been modified to '*329#' which corresponds with its Mode User

001 will use TF 'Day 1' and have code *3291
004 will use TF 'Day 4' and have code *3294
Please create them in the method shown
Please do not create the Time-Frames as 'Day One' or 'Day1' as this is case/character sensitive, it must be Day(space)(#)- Day 1.
Disclaimer: If a User enters the wrong code due to a Fat-Finger mistake and triggers a mode that is not designated to them, do not worry simply revert by entering the mistaken code again.
